What is a sauna ritual?
The bathhouse ritual is an old tradition that was started already in ancient Latvian culture to
relax and cleanse the body and spirit.
A sauna ritual is a visit to a sauna accompanied by a professional bather on an individual basis,
for two or a family. It is suitable both for real sauna lovers and for those who are still on their own

The process begins with warming up the body in the sauna room, followed by hot air

1. Sauna ritual for two persons 280.00 €, for one preson 210.00 € (cost includes 4h sauna rental)
Ritual sequence:
Warming up in the sauna with broom inhalations, for gradual preparation in the sauna
procedures;
Rest, enjoying herbal tea
Body heating, broom compresses;
Rest, enjoying herbal tea
Body scrubbing with salt mixture scrubs;
Intensive head kick for alertness and optional contrast treatments;
A rest;
2. Sauna ritual for two persons with staying overnight 320.00 €, for one person 240.00 € (cost includes sauna rental)
3. Sauna ritual for two with massage 300.00 €, for one person 230.00 € (cost includes 4h sauna rental)
The sequence of the ritual is the same as the standard ritual, only at the end comes another one
procedure:
Classic massage or application of chocolate, clay, honey masks in the sauna with massage
techniques;
massage or applying a body mask at the end of the ritual
3. Sauna ritual for company of up to 10 people. (costs to be agreed in advance)
For your infortmation:
The ritual of the sauna is adjusted individually to the specific number of people and recreation
type. For example, for a bachelorette party, a romantic evening for two, a family or
for a group retreat;
You will visit a health-friendly sauna, where the temperature will not exceed 60-70
degrees. Medicinal herbs and honey retain their value at this temperature
and actively affected the organism;
The intensity and volume of spankings (especially moderate and gentle or properly hot and
strong) performed according to the client’s wishes;
The costs of the ritual and sauna include the necessary raw materials – brooms, scrubs.
When renting a holiday home with an overnight stay, towels and bed linen are also included
costs;
If there are any dietary restrictions, please let us know at the time of booking. If there are any
health restrictions that must be taken into account in the sauna, please let us know in advance
bathers;
Physiological processes continue for several hours after the sauna, so after the sauna
rest is important, it is best to end the sauna day by going to bed on time.
